Belinda is a professional actress trained in feedback, facilitation and coaching skills. She regularly works with organisations such as the NHS on leadership courses that require a high level of role play and feedback, and currently facilitates groups for bespoke difficult conversations with consultants, specialist registrars and managers. This involves detailed and insightful feedback using coaching techniques. She also works for The London Deanery in the recruitment process of registrars and consultant posts. On the BBC Management course at the College of Journalism, she works with editors, journalists and producers, using Forum Theatre as an effective introduction to case studies and bespoke scenarios.

Clients are both varied and numerous and spread across the private and public sector. These include: The Foreign Office, Aston Martin, The Guardian, The City of London Corporation, Waitrose, Sony, B.T, T Mobile, Homebase, Credit Suisse, Barclays, HSBC, KPMG and Yahoo.

She also teaches Sight Reading Technique and Self Development at The International School of Screen Acting, takes Presentation Skills workshops for architects, advertising executives, medical consultants and chief executives.

Belinda also co-delivers workshops on Diversity for various clients including Sure-Start and Influencing Skills for Lloyds TSB.
